Az utóbbi hónapban teljesen átálltam heti meal prepre, és sokat segített az, hogy online intézem a bevásárlást. 20 kg fogyás és 2 év edzés után is zavart, hogy a mellformám nagyon megváltozott. Sokáig gondolkodtam, hogy belefér-e ez a „fitnesz életmódomba”.
